About the Team

The Capital Markets Quants (CMQ) team uses big data and technology to transform how JLL performs real estate transactions. We're building a new approach that combines real estate expertise with big data analytics.

 

Your Role

As an intern with our EMEA Capital Markets Quants team, you'll:

• Support our EMEA Head of Quants and Global Head of Quants & innovation

• Help analyse real estate data and market trends

• Assist with presentations for internal teams and clients

• Gain an understanding of JLL Capital Markets Technology stack and learn how each of the platforms work and help showcase its capabilities

• Attend meetings with real estate professionals and contribute insights

• Support the team in tracking performance metrics

 

Key Development Opportunities

• Gain insights into commercial real estate capital markets transactions and deal execution

• Experience first-hand how big data analytics and Ai is changing the real estate industry

• Business development in a professional services environment

• How to translate theoretical concepts into practical business applications

• Client relationship management basics
