As the APD Sales Director in the Large Electric Power Division, your work ensures our customers get the most value from our products and services by understanding their needs and developing energy outcomes to serve their needs.

In this role, together with your leaders and wider team group, you will be responsible for delivering on our Large Electric Power Diesel and Gas Business Plan, Driving Services Growth and working closely with our customers.  Together, you’ll develop and execute our Prime Power and Services Growth strategy to hit our 2026 commitments and exceed customer expectations.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

  • Execute the aftermarket services growth strategy to achieve services business plan
  • Drive forward success in delivering a refreshed Prime Power Commercial Strategy and Services execution
  • Execute our Data Center Growth Strategy
  • Execute Customer Value Agreement at the time of New Delivery
  • Develop our Dealer's Electric Power capabilities to be successful with Prime Power Growth, Services Growth and Data Center Growth
  • Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company products in a given industry segment or market.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
