Drive overall AI adoption across Integrated Ops by helping leaders and teams understand, access and use Team Kinetic’s central capabilities. Develop learning, communications, engagement activities and practical support that build confidence and embed AI into day-to-day work.

The role will work with Integrated Ops Leads, champions and employees to identify adoption barriers, promote relevant tools and use cases, capture success stories and encourage reuse of central solutions. Work to improve the overall effectiveness of AI across the service model. This role will track participation, active usage, hours saved and realised value to ensure adoption activity leads to measurable behaviour change and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear governance, documentation and reporting.
• Work in short sprints and raise risks or dependencies early.
