As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology by shaping operating models and supporting transformation initiatives. Throughout the day, collaboration with different teams and guiding the implementation of key projects are essential to ensure successful delivery and sustained business improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and communication of business cases to support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop and document business cases and operating models effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with retail business operations and merchandising concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
