Fixed-term position until 30th June 2027.

Start your career in international fleet management and make an impact from day one. As a Junior Fleet Specialist based in Wroclaw, you’ll join our Global Fleet Team and gain hands-on experience in managing company vehicles across EMEA. This is your opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to business continuity, compliance and sustainability.

What will you be doing?

As a Junior Fleet Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operation of company vehicles in a smaller EMEA market, under the guidance of experienced Fleet Specialists. Your work will directly support business continuity, compliance and cost control.

You will:

  • Manage core fleet lifecycle tasks- from orders and deliveries to registrations, service appointments, tyre changes, replacements and returns

  • Take ownership of daily fleet activities in a smaller country portfolio, acting as the first point of contact for standard driver queries

  • Maintain accurate vehicle, driver and contract data in fleet tools and trackers, while preparing data for reporting, audits and ESG (CO₂ / energy) purposes

  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoice checks and fines, and coordinate with leasing companies, dealers and internal teams like HR, Finance and Payroll

  • Support the Global Fleet Team during peak periods and contribute to smooth international operations

This role gives you hands-on exposure to international operations, real supplier interaction and structured processes, while learning how fleet decisions impact cost, compliance and sustainability.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn. You’ll thrive if you enjoy working with data and processes and have a service mindset. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Initial experience in similar or an administrative, operational, coordination or analytical role

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data

  • Professional English proficiency at B2/C1 level for daily international communication

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Nice to have: Initial exposure to fleet management, company cars or mobility-related topics, general interest or basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive processes, and experience working in an international or multi-country environment
