About the team

The Card Solutions team provides implementation and professional services for the FIS Credit and Debit solutions across multiple platforms. The team is comprised of experts in project management, technical configuration, and data conversion, who work collaboratively to deliver customized money movement solutions to commercial and consumer banks, emphasizing quality, innovation, client-specific customization, and seamless implementation.

What you will be doing

As the leader of the Card Solutions Professional Services Team, you’ll be working with our North America teams and partners to implement and enhance the Card Solutions product offerings. The projects will include new Customer onboarding and ongoing maintenance changes as well as Custom Software Development.

  • Managing a team of professionals implementing and onboarding Customers
  • Working with cross-functional teams to provide an excellent Customer Experience
  • Participating in client meetings, team meetings, and sales discussions
  • Driving a Culture of excellence, ownership and innovation
  • Providing Strategic Thought Leadership to enable and support a CX transformation

What you bring:

  • Background in Card Processing Solutions and Software Professional Services
  • Deep understanding of the Card Processing business from a Customer lens
  • Experience working at scale with high-volume onboarding requests
  • Ability to develop strategies for implementation quality and excellence
  • Ability to identify, grow, and develop talent
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $232,950.00 - $391,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
