Reporting to the Manager, Air Traffic Operations (MATO), the Unit Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of air navigation services and operations within assigned site(s). This role provides leadership in operational performance, safety, resource management, and employee engagement, while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The Unit Manager also leads VFR Controllers and/or Flight Service Specialists in a dynamic 24/7 aviation environment.Job Description
