The Opportunity: 

We are excited to offer an opportunity for Junior HR Specialist with German to join our dynamic eTime team at Hitachi Energy. You will be joining a well-structured team supporting DACH countries in end to end time management processes and small countries in technical and access issues.

We are seeking a professional Junior HR Specialist who will be responsible for data administration in the time system (eTime) including data reconciliation, reporting and recurring activities according to payroll calendar. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, attention to detail and good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

This position requires working from the office twice a week, ensuring effective collaboration and communication within the team. If you are passionate about HR and looking to grow your career in a supportive and innovative company, we would love to hear from you.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Complete tickets assigned according to SLAs
• Execute report and data analysis on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Follow MyHR governance in daily work
• Follow, review & update existing documentation (SOPs/local WIs)
• Collaborate closely with Time keepers, Front Offices and other streams (ADP)
• Execute global & local HR controls on time & according to agreed deadlines

Your Background:

• Willingness to work as part of a large, fast-growing team
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or HR would be an asset
• Practical knowledge of SAP or HiNext system would be an asset
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (functions, pivot tables)
• Proficient in business English
• Proficient in business German
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility & readiness to learn and take over new scope
