Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for a talented, experienced Business Analyst with solid leadership/communication skills for our Global Banking Modernization Program. In this role, your primary responsibility will be supporting Product Owner with in-depth analysis on business requirements. This will entail collaborating with development, business, and other SQA test teams. You will work closely with multiple product owners / business teams / operations team to identify critical business requirement details for the GBM platform. We are primarily looking for someone located in and around MA and to be able to commute to Quincy, MA.
What you will be responsible for
As Business Analyst, you will
Colloberate actively with product owner to lead / analyze any requirements with business users.
Define requirements along with PO for development and testing team.
Create technical stories and actively participate in technical discussion with development team.
Answer any product related questions that are posted by business / operational users.
Demo application feature / functionality to business stakeholders.
Coordinate Application Stories and defects alongside your team
Knowledge of RTC, Agile, SDLC, JIRA, Cash/Payment Platform is a plus
Evaluate product functionality, create test strategies with SQA team, and provide sign off.
Work with partner team Business Analyst to validate test results for Joint Integration and end to end testing across Multiple applications
Be able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure to deliver code to Production
Peer Review all stories created by Product Owner to ensure business requirements are covered

Effective product management and problem solving skills, results-driven, comfortable with dealing with uncertainty
Experience with data governance, data architecture and data modeling
Experience with in depth data analysis with the ability to review many different data sets to determine common components and define normalization strategy
Experience in evaluating software, project estimation and planning
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of developing web application experience
Extensive experience in the financial industry with a strong business domain knowledge
Additional requirements
Communicates effectively in a professional manner both written and orally
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Team player with a positive attitude enthusiasm initiative and self-motivation

Salary Range:
$75,000 - $120,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
