  • Ensure inventory replenishment & reconciliation.
  • Responsible for Sales Orders Processing and Readiness i.e., generate Deliver Note, instruct transporter regarding stock delivery co-ordinate with all the stakeholders at all levels to ensure safe delivery of stocks to the customers.
  • Participate in S & OP Process, Demand planning and Forecast consolidation in coordination with Supply chain Team and internal, external team.
  • Share the tracking reports of upcoming shipments / updates on daily basis for all the Sales orders.
  • Inspection of in-coming & out-going of stocks.
  • Comply with Drug Sale / Medical Device License requirements.
  • Ensure storage of products according to their temperature & humidity control requirements and maintain Log Sheets / data logger reports/ Pest control Report month wise.
  • Responsible for physical verification of stocks according to batch and expiry on a monthly as well as random basis.
  • Responsible for proper examination of expired stock in relation to its physical condition i.e., quantity, batch number and expiry date.
  • Ensure proper identification on the racks indicating name and stacking of goods as per plan in respective storage racks / area wise, product wise and batch-wise.
  • Ensure stocks should be stacked on racks or at least palletized.
  • Proper management of returned stock.
  • Monitor proper segregation storage of unsaleable / damaged / expired stock in the Quarantine Area labelled as ‘Stock Not for Sale’ and timely disposal of the expired stocks according to SOPs.
  • Supervise the destruction of expired and unsaleable stock.
  • Ensure proper stamping / coding on stock before stacking where applicable.
  • Facilitate and ensure readiness for the internal & external audits.
  • Assistance in routine and surprise Warehouse to visit.  Monitoring of GDPMD compliance at Warehouse (Lahore).
  • Implement all instructions, SOPs under supervision of QREM.
  • Opening of Bank Contract for PKR invoices.
  • Appling AD certificates from DRAP for import shipment clearance.
  • Labelling Compliance with Germany team.
  • Following up on the latest MRP in coordination with Sales Team.

Responsibilities of local affiliates Deputy PVRP:

 The following activities are performed locally at each affiliate or partner by the PVRPs:

  • Collection of local AEs / ADRs.
  • Forwarding Field Safety Notices upon receiving to Customers all over Pakistan
  • Forwarding of case reports and other important safety information to CDS (Corporate-Drug Safety)
  • Following up on case reports for any missing information or upon request of CDS.
  • Quarterly reconciliation of case reports.
  • Local implementation of safety label changes in collaboration with CDRA.
  • Forwarding of safety relevant Health Authority requests to CDS.
  • Local submission of PSURS and RMPs if appropriate.
  • Collection and providing safety relevant information on trials, PSPs, market research programs, patient named programs to CDS.
  • Local implementation of risk minimization measures.
  • Local implementation of corporate PV SOPs.
  • Processing of local CAPA. Preparation of CAPAs for audit findings and process deviations.
  • Monitoring of timeliness of expedited reporting, PSUR submission and PV training completion.
  • Keeping documentation of all PV-related activities.
  • Training of local personnel (via e-learning provided by CDS).
  • Being the secondary contact point in case of PV audits or inspections.
