Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in network security operations to ensure the security of the organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, implement security measures, and respond to security incidents. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to continuously enhance the organization's security posture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in network security operations - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring adherence to security protocols - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Implement and maintain network security measures - Monitor network traffic for potential security breaches - Investigate security incidents and provide incident response - Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing - Develop and implement security policies and procedures - Stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies - Train employees on security best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations - Experience with firewall administration and intrusion detection systems - Strong understanding of network protocols and security vulnerabilities - Knowledge of encryption algorithms and secure communication protocols - Experience with security incident response and forensic analysis Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full time education is required Below additional skills will be an added advantage - Firewall/IPS- Checkpoint, Trellix, NetScaler, Tufin, Proofpoint, Akamai/Kona WAF,Prolexic DDoS, Zscaler ZPA/ZIA.
