Taptica, a performance division under the Nexxen brand, is a global mobile advertising platform that helps leading brands reach their most valuable users. We're searching for a Junior Publishers Account Manager for an entry-level position in TLV.

We are looking for a Publishers Account Manager to oversee and support our publisher partnerships - our supply partners, the platforms and apps that provide the ad inventory on Taptica-focusing on optimizing revenue and driving business growth.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build a strong foundation in Ad-Tech and develop data-driven decision-making skills. As part of a small, business-driven department within a large, established organization, you'll take on real ownership of significant budgets from day one.

We're looking for a people person who thrives at the intersection of people and data - a strong communicator who loves digging into numbers to drive real results.

This role involves managing all aspects of account management, from onboarding to ongoing client communication, and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

What You'll Do:

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with publishers- our supply partners who provide the ad inventory on our platform. Managing onboarding, account optimization, reporting, and ongoing communication.

· Understand publisher needs, tailor the appropriate solution and explore new business opportunities.

· Take ownership of publishers' performance across high-value campaigns, ensuring efficient budget utilization.

· Proactively monitor and analyze data metrics to identify optimization opportunities and achieve publisher KPIs.

· Regularly communicate with Demand teams to understand inventory demands and market trends, strategically planning to maximize overall revenue.

· Develop relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Technical Operations, Finance, Product, and more.

What You'll Bring:

· Bachelor's Degree - required.

· A positive, highly motivated and ambitious person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

· Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· A creative, "outside the box" thinker with strong problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills.

· Resilient with the ability to navigate change and withstand adversity.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Fluent English - reading, writing & speaking.
