About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and mission-driven Practice Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing startup that is redefining mental health care for women. In this vital role, you will build long-term relationships with women’s health providers and their practices to enable seamless mental health referrals for their patients. You will play a critical role in getting patients to the mental healthcare they need by setting up referral pathways that are easy for providers to use and enable their patients to quickly get to care.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sales and thrives on building authentic relationships with healthcare professionals. We're looking for mission-driven and resourceful self-starters who have excellent communication skills, are highly organized, and are motivated by exceeding sales targets and advancing our mission. Experience working in healthcare is strongly preferred.

Seven Starling is an equal opportunity employer, passionately committed to equitable hiring and boldly dedicated to diversity in our teams. We strongly encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply. Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, you might be the right candidate for this or other roles.

We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis and will close this once a candidate has been identified.
