The Paid Ads Manager will own MX’s paid digital acquisition and demand influence strategy, with a focus on enterprise financial institution (FI) buyers and long-cycle, multi-stakeholder purchase motions. This role is accountable for driving efficient pipeline creation through precision targeting, retargeting, and high-intent search, ensuring MX reaches the right personas with the right message at the right moment across the buyer journey.
This position serves as the dedicated owner of paid media execution and optimization, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to turn paid channels into a scalable, measurable pipeline engine.
Own and execute MX’s paid advertising strategy across LinkedIn, Google Search, and emerging channels to drive qualified enterprise pipeline.
Design, build, and optimize full-funnel paid programs including persona-based targeting, multi-touch sequencing, and dynamic retargeting.
Develop and maintain audience architecture, including ICP segmentation, ABM account lists, retargeting pools, customer upsell audiences, and high-intent site visitors.
Manage paid search programs including keyword strategy, bidding, competitor and brand protection campaigns, landing page alignment, and negative keyword hygiene.
Execute and optimize retargeting funnels that move prospects from awareness to intent, improving conversion efficiency and reducing customer acquisition cost.
Distribute MX’s content and executive thought leadership through paid amplification, including sponsored content, executive message ads, and ABM-driven boosts.
Continuously test and optimize creative, targeting, frequency, and spend allocation to maximize performance while protecting brand integrity.
Partner cross-functionally with Content, Campaigns, Sales, and Marketing Operations to align paid efforts with GTM initiatives, events, and pipeline goals.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including CAC, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and ROI, using insights to inform ongoing optimization.
Evaluate and pilot new paid channels and formats (e.g., Reddit, X/Twitter, industry forums) to unlock incremental growth opportunities.
5+ years of experience managing paid media programs in B2B SaaS, fintech, enterprise technology, or complex sales environments.
Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including audience strategy, retargeting, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of long-cycle enterprise buying behavior and multi-persona decision-making.
Proven ability to manage monthly paid media budgets and drive measurable pipeline impact.
Experience with ABM-driven paid programs and account-based audience segmentation.
Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to operate as a single owner within a collaborative GTM team.
Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
