What you'll do

As a Creative & Design Services Analyst, you’ll be creating straightforward presentations, digital content, raising and resolving any queries.  

Additionally, you’ll also be:

• Engaging with the stakeholders throughout the process and gathering feedback for the final output
• Building a clear understanding of the needs of our customers to deliver the most appropriate and fit for purpose material
• Reviewing feedback and changes on your outputs, -to complete customer requests and identifying trends
• Contributing to complex presentations and training materials
• Supporting process training and knowledge sharing in the team

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with extensive creative experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. This will include image editing and creating banners, buttons, posters, one pagers and emailers.

You’ll also need:

• Experience in creating newsletters, booklets, and interactive PDFs
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
