The Video Security & Access Control team at Motorola Solutions is dedicated to Solving for safer by developing integrated technologies that protect people, property, and places. Our comprehensive ecosystem, featuring the Avigilon Alta, Avigilon Unity, and Pelco portfolios, empowers customers to find and analyze critical information with unprecedented speed. We help public safety agencies and enterprises stay connected and communicate with clarity, ensuring that when lives are on the line, our users have the tools to respond decisively.


Job Description

As a Channel Account Executive based in Brazil, you will be a key driver in our mission to help people be their best in the moments that matter. This role is focused on the Video Security & Access Control domain, where you will operate at the intersection of technology and human safety. You will join a high-energy, collaborative team culture that values a "hunter" mentality and a deep commitment to end-user success. In this role, you will represent our safety and security ecosystem to the market, ensuring that businesses and communities have access to life-saving innovations. This position offers a dynamic environment with weekly travel across your assigned territory, allowing you to build authentic, personal connections with the heroes who use our technology every day.


Key Responsibilities
Market Growth & Demand Generation

  • Promote and market Video Security & Access Control products and services within the Brazil territory to drive brand recognition
  • Identify and establish contact with key surveillance market influencers to demonstrate the superiority and utility of our safety solutions
  • Focus efforts on creating high-value demand within the end-user community to expand our safety footprint
  • Support the leadership team in establishing ambitious quarterly and annual sales objectives for the region


Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Create, nurture, and respond to sales opportunities with end users to maintain a robust project funnel
  • Conduct sales calls and schedule local promotional activities to engage prospective customers
  • Track all sales activities and opportunities with distributors using proprietary lead and project tracking databases
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive offerings and pricing to position Motorola Solutions as the premier choice for security


Technical Guidance & Customer Success

  • Provide basic technical guidance and product training to end users to ensure they can leverage our technology effectively
  • Assist with the supervision of installations at end-user sites, particularly for key accounts, to ensure proper system commissioning
  • Participate in the development of training materials and provide feedback to product teams for future software and hardware improvements
  • Provide prospective customers with essential information regarding pricing, terms of sales, and delivery methods


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Channel Account Managers, Distribution Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers to close complex opportunities
  • Attend trade shows and major marketing events to represent the Motorola Solutions brand
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and expectations are exceeded


Basic Requirements

Technical Expertise

  • Video Security & Access Control software knowledge to demonstrate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences

  • CRM and Tracking Databases to accurately manage project funnels and sales activities

  • Revenue Forecasting to provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial projections

  • Technical Acumen to translate complex science into accessible value propositions for customers

  • Advanced English Proficiency to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and leadership
     

Professional Experience

  • 4+ years of Video and Access Control Sales to drive results in a high-stakes security environment

  • 3+ years of Customer-Interfacing Experience with a specific focus on engaging end-user communities

  • Proven record of Funnel Development through aggressive prospecting and lead generation

  • Experience in Physical Security Solutions to provide expert-level consultation to key accounts

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
