 The Product Analyst for the Data Platform acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that data solutions meet organizational needs.

We seek an experienced engineer who can help us to build new teams and guarantee technical excellence of our CIAM setup developed using the PingOne (cloud) platform from design to operations.

You will be responsible for the following:

As an experienced PingOne CIAM Engineer, we will be relying on you to  lead our identity and access management initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the co-design, implementation, and management of our customer facing Ping solutions, ensuring secure and seamless access to applications and resources across the organization.

Expected experience and skills:

• Experience in CIAM/Identity & Access Management or related software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity products (PingOne DaVinci, PingOne, PingOne Advanced Services, PingFederate, Ping Directory, Ping Access).
• Demonstrable experience in developing PingOne DaVinci workflows, including knowledge of DaVinci node types.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for customizing authentication/consent pages and workflow scripts.
• Strong understanding of SSO standards and protocols: OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth2, SAML, and WS-Fed.
• Experience designing and implementing MFA/2‑factor authentication solutions and integrations.
• Practical experience securing APIs and web services (token issuance/validation, introspection, revocation, scopes).
• Experience integrating CIAM with directories (LDAP, Active Directory, PingDirectory).
• Hands-on experience with public cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools and pipeline integration for identity platform deployments.
• Strong scripting/programming skills (examples: JavaScript, Python, Bash, Java).
• Knowledge of web access management, policy servers and policy enforcement (PingFederate Policy Server or equivalent).
• Experience with onboarding, migration and hyper care activities for application CIAM integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing SSO, token and directory issues.
• Good understanding of security, compliance and controls relevant to customer identity (e.g., GDPR, PCI considerations where applicable).
• Proven ability to coach/mentor junior engineers and work in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with API gateways and related tooling (e.g., Kong, Apigee) and WAF concepts is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to install, integrate and deploy PingOne / ForgeRock.
• Communication – Strong communication skills are a must – the ability to communicate with the teams, stakeholders on all aspects of the product and implementation at a technical and functional level.
• The ability to collaborate and create open working relationships with internal and external teams, vendors, stakeholders, and product owners.
• Certifications in Ping Identity, ForgeRock, AWS or identity/security disciplines are desirable.
