We're hiring an AI Innovation Champion at Merkle in Sofia. 

Role Overview:

We are hiring multiple Product Champion AI & Innovation across Europe to support pre-sales, RFP responses, technical discovery, and high-impact product demos of Merkle Arc.

This is a highly strategic customer-facing role: you help clients understand, visualise, and trust the value of Arc. You transform abstract requirements into compelling demonstrations, tailored prototypes, technical solution outlines, and confident explanations that resonate with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CMOs, architects, and procurement teams.

You will work across multiple markets (DACH, UK, Nordics, France, Benelux, Spain, Middle East) and support both new business opportunities and replatform/renewal initiatives with existing clients. You are the technical backbone in the sales cycle — partnering with the Merkle Arc leadership, sales directors, and delivery teams to shape winning solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, Technical Architect, or similar.

• Strong hands-on understanding of AI and Agentic Commerce.

• Ability to quickly understand client problems and shape them into actionable solution outlines.

• Experience delivering compelling demos — with strong storytelling, communication, and showmanship.

• Strong presentation skills and comfortable presentations to CTO/CIO/Architect audiences.

• Excellent collaboration in a multi-market sales ecosystem.

• Fluent English; additional European languages highly beneficial.

• Experience in customising demo environments or prototyping solutions quickly.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magnolia, Contentful, or MACH technologies.

• Familiarity with design tokens, Storybook, Figma, or design systems.

• Background in digital agencies, consulting, or enterprise platform implementation.
