Key Responsibilities
 

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.

• Establish and manage project governance, reporting, and documentation.
   

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.

• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide clear, concise progress updates.
   

Risk & Change Management

• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Manage project changes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource availability.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
   

Financial & Resource Management

• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, resource plans, and vendor contracts.

• Track project financial performance and report on variances.
   

Key Requirements
 

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe), or equivalent certification preferred.
   

Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/project leadership role.

• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale IT, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects.

• Experience working in consulting, technology, or financial services industry is an advantage.
   

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).

• Strong financial acumen and resource management capabilities.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
