Job Description Summary

The industrialization Process Ldr is the responsible for the configuration process and other business processes setting and maintenance for AAJV. The JV Industrialization process leader works closely with the JV DT team, GEA, Channels ENG and Product leadership to build and implement the processes to have the internal capability to own new and repair industrialized parts, monitor project execution and help benchmark best practices for parts configuration.

Job Description

Develop clear development plan and change management plans to align stakeholders across Aero Alliance, GE Aerospace, Baker Hughes, and GE Vernova to common vision allowing the adoption of the industrialization process

Implement Product Lifecyle Management software solution to manage spare parts and repairs under industrial umbrella

Own Governance structure and operating rhythms to ensure structured cross business plan and processes where decisions/actions are closed with urgency

Integrate existing business processes and systems with new industrial capabilities

Create new business processes and system needed to allow the compliance to the new industrial capabilities

Act as moderator for jointly reviews btw channels partner and GEA. Collect input and build presentation for the discussion. Maintain regular operating rhythm with GEA, and Channels where necessary, to monitor the execution of the plan and manage unplanned requests. 

Strong financial acumen, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to influence work effectively and implement solutions in a team environment. Knowledge of shop operations and processes.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, major in engineering, STEM or business preferred.

Proficient skills in PC and Microsoft Office applications, MIRO

Fluent English

Strong project management skills Knowledge of Aeroderivative engines, modules, spare parts and repair services

Experience in aviation/industrial segment working with parts manufacturers and repair providers

Self-directed with demonstrated problem solving skills

Project management experience, self-directed with demonstrated project execution skills

Displays good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate well with internal and external customers

Demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives
