Summary
The Sr. Manager, ERA Programs & Technology is a leadership role responsible for building and leading a multi-discipline team that underpins the work of the Readiness & Acceleration organization. This role acts as a builder and integrator: someone who can take fragmented processes, establish a clear operating model, and drive measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and experience for employees, managers, and executive stakeholders.Job Description
Program Management & Scope Expansion: Lead the program management team to drive key initiatives within the organization. Ensure processes, tools, and timelines are clear, repeatable, and well-communicated. Drive alignment across leadership to prioritize, sequence, track, and deliver projects predictably.
Business Solutions & Tech Stack: Manage the tech stack administration for ERA tools (e.g., Monday.com, Highspot, Seertech etc.) in tight partnership with BizTech. Ensure systems are reliable, well-governed, and configured to support simple, end-to-end processes.
Operating Model & Governance: Design and own the intake, prioritization, and resource allocation models for how work is requested and executed. Create playbooks, RACI models, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Introduce a disciplined governance cadence (ops reviews, quarterly planning) to drive strategic alignment, resource optimization, and operational reporting directly for executive and C-suite stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Build, scale, and directly lead a high-performing team of business systems administrators and program managers. Set clear goals and expectations aligned with company priorities.
10+ years of experience in enterprise-scale technology ecosystems or fast-growing tech environments driving Program Management, System Administration, or Business Operations, including at least 5+ years leading high performing teams.
Strong project and program management skills; able to run complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
Demonstrated experience setting and managing operational dashboards, SLAs, and KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with executive audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
