1 x Partnerships & Content Specialist - TFT - Please note that this is a contract till June 30, 2026. There is a possibility for extensions and/or permanent conversions, but are subject to performance, operational needs, and will need to be interviewed for. This Full-Time position is 5 days a week and is hybrid based out of our Head Office (Burnaby). Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
We are currently hiring a Partnerships & Content Specialist based in our Head Office in Burnaby.
As the Partnerships & Content Specialist at BCAA, you will be responsible for bringing BCAA/Evo Car Share’s marketing and brand objectives to life through strategic partnerships and engaging content. You will focus on developing partnerships and experiential marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience and members, driving engagement and brand loyalty. Your ability to craft compelling content across digital, social, and traditional platforms will help amplify BCAA/Evo Car Share’s brand presence and align with business goals.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to manage partner relationships and deliver activations that reflect BCAA’s commitment to enhancing member experiences. Whether it’s supporting event planning, developing content, or managing partnerships, your work will ensure that BCAA’s offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of our members and deliver memorable experiences.
Who you are:
You have strong experience in partnership development, experiential marketing, and content creation.
You are a skilled communicator, with excellent writing skills and the ability to craft engaging narratives across digital and social platforms.
You are strategic, able to see the big picture, and execute campaigns with attention to detail.
You have a collaborative mindset, working well with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
You are a proactive problem-solver, able to navigate challenges in partnership and event management while keeping an eye on emerging trends.
What you’ll do:
Lead partnership and experiential marketing initiatives to support member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Develop creative marketing activations and campaigns that align with BCAA/Evo Car Share’s brand and business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful execution of initiatives.
Create, curate, and disseminate engaging content across multiple digital platforms to amplify partnership activities and enhance brand visibility.
Support event planning and execution, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality experiences.
Track and report on the results of partnerships and activations, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Attend local events and support activities as needed, which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability. You will also be required to drive locally for events, which could include company assets such as Evo vehicles.
What you bring:
Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in a business or partnership development role, with previous experience in content creation.
Proven experience in developing content and storytelling for digital platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing, with an understanding of emerging trends and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with video editing and content creation tools. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally for events and meetings.
Bonus skills and experience!
Experience with event planning and experiential marketing activations.
Proven track record of leading teams to high levels of achievement.

The salary range for this position is $80,484.96 to $100,606.20 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
