The Head of Content will be fluent in English and Arabic and will oversee the management, and execution of our content strategy across various touchpoints and disciplines across the Paid, Owned and Earned media mix.  This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to manage a team of content creators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Content Marketing and Social Media, and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth through a cohesive paid, owned, and earned media strategy. They will support Property Finder’s PR & Communications Director in  in unifying the business to facilitate the creation of a single content calender across the marketing disciplines as a whole.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy Development:

   - Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and brand voice, emphasizing social media, public relations, and a unified paid, owned, and earned media approach.

   - Conduct market research to identify content opportunities and gaps, particularly in social media and PR channels.

   - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports overall marketing objectives.

 

  1. Social Media Alignment:

   - Work hand in hand with the Snr Social Media Manager to align on social media content creation, scheduling, and community management.

 

  1. Paid, Owned, and Earned Media Mindset:

   - Support and execute integrated campaigns that leverage paid, owned, and earned media to maximize reach and impact.

   - Ensure the strategy is conherent across all media types, aligning messaging and creative to maintain brand consistency.

   - Collaborate with advertising and media buying teams to optimize paid media spend and performance.

   - Leverage owned media assets (website, blog, social channels) to support broader marketing campaigns.

   - Foster relationships and partnerships to amplify earned media opportunities.

 

  1. Content Creation and Management:

   - Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various channels including website, blog, social media, email, and more.

   - Ensure content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices.

   - Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content projects. 

 

  1. Team Leadership:

   - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and videographers.

   - Provide feedback and guidance to ensure the team produces high-quality content.

   - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

 

  1. Performance Analysis:

   - Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and social media campaigns.

   - Generate reports on content performance and provide insights for improvement.

   - Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance engagement, PR reach, and ROI.

 

  1. Collaboration and Communication:

   - Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product, to ensure content meets business needs.

   - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align content initiatives with company objectives.

   - Represent the content team in cross-functional meetings.

 

  1. Brand Consistency:

   - Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and voice.

   - Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all content outputs.
