EquipmentShare is Hiring a Facility and Property Account Manager

EquipmentShare is searching for a Facility and Property Account Manager to support our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.  

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Focus on ensuring compliance and providing support for EquipmentShare's new markets and existing properties.
  • Proficient with calling a variety of entities (government offices, utilities, etc.) to obtain information required for compliance.
  • Communicate with peers, vendors, third party services, and various other
  • EquipmentShare departments to relay pertinent information as needed. Most communication will be over the phone.
  • Proficient with note taking and tracking projects in a variety of programs.
  • Track deadlines on multiple projects and hold others accountable to deliver on expectations.
  • Able to comfortably work in a constant fast-paced environment.
  • Support leadership on a variety of projects, such as reports, budgets, presentations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Our ideal candidate will have experience in providing operations and administrative support. He or she will be heavily involved in the daily workings of our real estate team, accounting and operations teams.
  • You’re comfortable managing busy schedules and working in a fast-moving business environment.
  • You have executive administrative support experience. Experience in managing and coordinating business travel is preferred.
  • You have the desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, which means you’re organized and able to juggle projects of competing priorities. You have the mindset and personality to complete work on deadline and motivate yourself.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and feel comfortable speaking on behalf of leadership.
  • You have a high attention to detail, and comfort adhering to company policy and standards.
  • You have fantastic phone etiquette, and you’re a great listener.
  • You are a reliable and trustworthy individual with a “can-do” attitude.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facility or property account management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
