                                                                   Product Technical Leader

Join us and lead tech innovation for autonomous vehicles!  

You will:

• Appling product development plan by using Valeo standards to meet time, budget and quality requirements (CLEAN Project Managements)

• Leading design and process FMEAs, DRBFM, Simulations, System calculations

• Leading and tracking design validation plan and customer validation

• Engineering change management

• Prototype coordination

• Leading internal design and process reviews, engineering gate meetings

• Interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs

• Report and escalate to her/his project manager or R&D manager as needed

• Applying PDCA-FTA as problem solving methodology

• Contributing to R&D center targets

You are:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering

• Fluent in English

• Min. 3 years of experienced in R&D

• Preferably, experienced in gears / gearbox technology

• Preferably, PhD degree in Mechatronics or Electronics

• No travel restrictions

• Ability to take responsibility

• Problem-solving mindset

• Good communication skills
