Who you are:

You’re an ambitious professional with experience in finance and/or sales; a cold calling pro and charismatic portfolio manager with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are also self-motivated and keep going even when things get tough, are eager to learn, welcome constructive criticism, and are not afraid to fail and try again.

 

Your Expertise, Our Shared Success: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes

  • Fluent speaker of any combination of: Hungarian, Romanian, Slovene, or Serbo-Croatian speaker and fluent in English;
  • Bachelor’s/ Master's graduate, preferably in Business, Economics or Finance;
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in Sales/ Trading / Brokerage / Business development;
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills;
  • A natural sales or business development personality;
  • Not afraid to cold call and approach people;
  • Energetic, curious and ambitious;
  • Driven to close deals and prove yourself;
  • Posses an affinity for teamwork
  • Able to help structure a wide array of markets together with a mentor / teammate;
  • Able to engage with various cultures / lived in various countries in eastern Europe.
