Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing comprehensive project activities from initiation through completion within a globally distributed delivery framework. This role requires coordinating various aspects of the assigned program or project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining seamless communication across diverse teams. The practitioner actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and supports the delivery of contracted services, fostering collaboration and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor project performance and suggest improvements to enhance delivery outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in tracking project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies within project environments.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
