This role involves development of fabrication processes for cutting edge magnetic sensor and products for use in industrial, automotive, medical and consumer applications. The successful candidate will be a part of the technology development team in charge of getting the project from a concept to release into high volume fabrication. This is an opportunity to develop process integration and troubleshooting skills, as well as layout and characterization skills, while working as part of a dynamic team of enthusiastic people with multidisciplinary backgrounds.
Job responsibilities:
To work with device experts and designers to determine process requirements and device specifications and communicate development project progress to management and customers.
To work with and as a part of process engineering group to bring new fabrication process for magneto resistive sensors from concept phase to handover to volume production.
To work with Quality department to determine relevant stress and test methods for given device type as well to work with Failure Analysis engineers to determine failure modes and improve process robustness and device reliability.
Job requirements:
A Master’s degree in Engineering and significant relevant previous R&D work experience (>5 years) or a PhD in one of the relevant areas including Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Applied Physics.
