The Vice President of Business Transformation will lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. The VP of Business Transformation will bring a proven track record in performance improvement, growth strategy, M&A integration, and cross-functional leadership from a top-tier consulting firm. This role will lead with strong analytical rigor, an ability to lead and inspire teams, and a passion for transforming complex challenges into actionable business value.

Strategic Planning & Execution
Drive company-wide strategic initiatives including growth strategies, go-to-market redesign, and new business development. Lead cross-functional teams to build and execute comprehensive operating and organizational plans. Partner closely with executive leadership to develop long-term business strategies that align with corporate goals.

Operational Excellence
Identify and implement cost optimization and performance improvement opportunities across business units. Champion initiatives focused revenue cycle, order to scan optimization and vendor negotiations.

        

M&A and Integration
Lead commercial due diligence and post-merger integration planning for acquisitions and divestitures. Coordinate across multiple departments (finance, operations, culture, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and value realization.

Team Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing Business Transformation team. Serve as a thought partner and leader across matrixed teams, creating a culture of excellence and accountability.

Stakeholder Management
Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, including the C-suite, investors, the Board and strategic partners. Translate complex data and strategic insights into compelling narratives for executive-level communication

Position Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience, including a strong tenure at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Bain & Company), with clear progression in leadership and responsibility.

  • Proven experience leading transformational strategy projects across industries such as industrials, retail, or technology.

  • Expertise in performance improvement, growth strategy, M&A, and organizational design

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred

  • Master's Degree or Equivalent Experience (MS, MA, MBA)

Travel

Travel is required.

Physical Requirements:
