JR60893 Intern-Automation EngineerProject Title:
Develop a Close loop System for Quality/Deviation trigger system in ModSSD Line.
Description:
Set up a web application that consolidates all quality deviation measures into a single database and is capable of triggering real-time alerts via email, team messaging, or chatbot. Implement AI to analyze the trends in quality deviations and develop a predictive model.
Scope:
Understand the e2e process of ModSSD.
Able to understand the current pain point or quality issue that may contribute to experience of customer recall or return.
Consolidate all the key data source into one common data base
Identify the information linkages and develop a web application which can provide a better insight

FASM Team
Engineering Team
Deliverables:
Develop real-time alerts and a predictive model to prevent any quality issues.
Start with a POC to demonstrate system capability
Stretch Goal:
Deployment of the project under the internship period
