Organization & Team Overview
The Human Resources Team serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing consultative support that aligns talent strategies with organizational goals. HR professionals work closely with leaders across departments to address workforce needs, drive employee engagement, and support performance and development initiatives. The team leverages data, systems, and insights to guide decision-making and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and growth
Role Description
As an HR Intern, you’ll gain exposure to the core responsibilities of an HR Business Partner, including strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll support projects that enhance onboarding, benefits communication, and reporting, while learning how HR contributes to business outcomes.
