WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an expert Product Line Management to deliver outstanding briefing, expertise of the European Market place and unparalleled connection and knowledge of the Consumers of EMEA in the role of Senior Manager!

This role is focused mainly on the lifestyle footwear consumer of EMEA, Managing end to end process of product creation from line plan to sell in, and leading a team of two PLM’s.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise of the product creation process, consumer and EMEA marketplace on Lifestyle Footwear. Experience in managing communication cross functionally and externally with key accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

We will be working on delivering the fastest to market consumer led briefs to advise our Design and Development teams. You will be an expert of the consumer of EMEA to enable sharp insights to in outstanding design and development in a fast paced environment.

A typical day/week in the Express Lane Senior Manager function will involve a lot of excitement in a fast paced environment. Spanning a broad range of consumer centric footwear executions curated especially for our EMEA consumers. You will work closely with your Design and Development functions to drive excellence on execution & process. You will also work with the PM team to ensure they are clear on the tasks ahead and supported in their needs. You will deliver outstanding presentations to internal and external partners with passion for the work and output of the teams.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role you will report to the Snr Footwear product Director. You will collaborate closely with your footwear triad and supporting functions. You will partner closely and collaboratively with internal functions across Consumer Merch, Account Merch & NDDC regularly to drive the end to end process of creations. You will also work occasionally with Brand to ensure clear storytelling on brand initiatives and campaigns on products. Seasonally you will engage directly with Accounts across EMEA. You will also be part f the extended LT within the express lane leading the voice of the team together with Development and Design leads.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Expert knowledge of the EMEA consumer and experience working with and making decisions from consumer insight to product execution.
• Strong understanding of the Footwear creation process across functions &/or Merchandising within a footwear organization
• Proven experience working in Footwear product creation &/or Merchandising with a strong understanding of production.
• Experienced knowledge of the European Retail Landscape and Key Accounts.
• Outstanding attention to details and deadlines, with validated ability to balance multiple work streams.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and the proven track record to work collaboratively
• Experience managing people preferred but not crucial.
• Proactive information-seeking skills and a drive for results- win as a team
• Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability and confidence to lead and challenge peers and senior collaborators
• Strong eye for business and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, etc.
• An excellent verbal and written skill in English is required
• Travel up to 20% of the time including international travel
