HR Assistant (12-month Temporary Contract)

Are you a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for Human Resources? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team and support various HR tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Excellence: Manage administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, support onboarding.
  • Internship Programme: Oversee the recruitment of interns, nurturing the next generation of talent.
  • Recruitment Support: Facilitate the recruitment process, enhancing our talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Global HR Projects: Contribute to local and international HR projects, including Health & Wellbeing initiatives, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) events, and various HR ad hoc projects.
  • Intranet Management: Update and maintain the intranet pages for the Luxembourg office to ensure access to current information.
  • Data analysis: Generate and analyse HR reports and statistics to inform strategic decisions.

These tasks may vary depending on workload and your evolution.

About you

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree specialized in Human Resources or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in Human Resources;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French; knowledge of German or any other language is an asset;
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and regulations;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest HR trends and best practices;
  • Good computer skills, particularly with Office Pack;
  • Knowledge of an HRIS, such as Workday, is an asset;
  • A dynamic and team player attitude;
  • Excellent organizational skill and a high sense of confidentiality;
  • A positive, proactive attitude;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
