Job Summary
"Responsible for how users within the company are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization. Provides strategic leadership for a high-performing team of identity and access management analysts, engineers and architects to define and deploy the identity and access management strategy. Must have deep understanding of the technology transformation occurring in the identity and access management space and how to leverage and deliver benefits across the enterprise. Leads diverse matrix teams independently, making decisions daily as it relates to successful delivery of the program, and has the ability to know when critical decisions must be raised to senior level and/or business unit management to ensure the program remains on track. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results, and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.Job Description
