Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will engage in discussions to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the project goals. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and APIs. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Bachelors degree in computer science or information science from a reputed Institute is required.
