Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with internal and client teams while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Create and manage to formal project governance: Project Plan, Communication Plan, Roles and Responsibilities, Risk & Mitigation and Organization Change Management.
  • Manage the execution of all components of the approved project plan including project deliverables, timeline, budget, and mitigating risk.
  • Maintain internal systems for project status, resource plans, financial updates for billing, time submittals and approvals, and expense reports.
  • Review customers’ business processes - provide solid analysis, assess solutions, and advise on how to best meet their goals
  • Work closely with the D365 Functional and Technical consultant on Project Deliverables, escalations and Solutions.
  • Active participation and setting up weekly Project Management meetings, Monthly Steering committee meetings.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare project status reports
  • Coordination of change requests
  • Use technology to ensure all parties are informed on schedule and budget
  • Oversee upgrades, integration, data migration, Environment and release management
  • Conduct post-project evaluation

Skill Set Required

  • A proven track record in Dynamics 365 Finance & Ops/ Dynamics AX implementation project management with hands on experience in Devops for Project Life cycle management
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Should be able to work with internal and external team members
  • Strong understanding and experience within the end to end ERP implementation project life cycle
  • Methodical approach, with a firm understanding in AGILE/ Waterfall/ SureStep methodology principles
  • Diverse industry/ business process exposure, ideally including Finance, Supply chain, manufacturing, professional services

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with at least 3 End to end MS Dynamics Implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Self-starter, proactive with strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in ERP Business functions
