The Research Associate/ Project Officer will bridge technical and commercial requirements to develop viable solutions for a novel rehabilitation robot. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to refine and implement cutting-edge haptic technologies integrated into robotic solutions helping translate research concepts into viable and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing project activities.

  • Establish effective communication to ensure seamless execution.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and stakeholder needs.

  • Gather and analyse feedback to refine project objectives and deliverables.

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Support process improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in organising demonstrations, seminars, and engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Engineering

  • Experience interacting with external stakeholders for collaboration development.

  • Industrial experience highly desirable.

  • Experience or exposure to medical or rehabilitation technologies.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Good communication and writing skills.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
