Define and implement supplier strategy, including supplier panel management, performance optimization, and rationalization.
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and allocate sourcing requirements accordingly.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; alternatively, a high school diploma with substantial relevant experience
Major experience in Sourcing and Commodity Management
MCIPS qualification (completed or in progress)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to plan, document, and execute sourcing strategies and programs effectively
Established project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
