The Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused and solutions-oriented myHR Advisor to join our Global myHR Team in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for HP employees worldwide, providing support on a broad range of Human Resources topics through cases, chats, and self-service channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong HR knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and sound judgment to resolve employee inquiries efficiently while delivering an exceptional employee experience. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Tier 1 HR support advisor for HP employees across multiple countries and regions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries through case management systems, chat, and other support channels.
  • Research, analyze, and resolve HR-related questions while ensuring compliance with established policies and processes.
  • Determine when inquiries require escalation and direct employees to the appropriate support teams.
  • Deliver a high-quality, customer-centric experience that enhances employee satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of HR policies, programs, processes, and systems.
  • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve documentation and self-service resources.
  • Manage a dynamic caseload while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, automation projects, and special assignments as needed.
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to drive operational excellence and consistent service delivery.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, Shared Services, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting employees in a global or multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with HR service delivery models and HR systems.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday, HRIS systems, and case management tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle events, and shared services operations.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies, workflow management, automation, and project coordination is an advantage.
