Job Summary:

As the Learning Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of learning and talent programs, ensuring a smooth and efficient program delivery. As the Learning Coordinator you will provide real-time hosting support for virtual training, working closely with Learning Specialists, Operational SMEs, and business Leaders to collaborate on the setup and delivery of both in-person and online programs.

This role tracks the success of learning programs by updating attendance records, producing reports and metrics, sending out assessments, and following up on participant and Manager feedback to continuously improve training efforts. The Learning Coordinator also supports the administration and application of government training grant programs for Ledcor, ensuring grant monies are received and processed accurately and in a timely manner. Working closely with the Learning Systems Coordinator, the Learning Coordinator provides Tier 2 end user support for Workday Learning, troubleshooting issues and identifying resolutions to end user problems.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize training sessions, including event planning, booking venues, catering, and other logistics
  • Acts as a liaison between Ledcor resources and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across programs
  • Sends out timely communication, evaluations, and updates to participants and managers at various points throughout multiple programs
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure training materials, resources, Hub articles, and process documents are up to date
  • Monitor the Learn inbox and serves as the first point of contact for Ledcor employees regarding learning and talent inquiries
  • Track course evaluations and follow up with participants and managers to collect feedback
  • Updates Workday Learning with attendance records and other respective reports, to track enrollment status, course completion, and overall program metrics
  • Coordinates the delivery and completion of 360’s and other pre-course assessments
  • Tests Microsoft Forms functionalities (and other systems) to recommend enhancements to existing course evaluations, create new ones, and extract program evaluation data
  • Provides real-time support for virtual learning sessions and assists Facilitators with the setup and delivery of both in-person and online programs
  • Maintains Workday Learning by uploading learning programs and sessions, testing functionalities, managing rosters, express interest and waitlists - ensuring optimal user experience
  • Process invoices for all Learning and Talent Management programs & support the administration of government training grants, including submissions and ensuring timely processing of grant funds

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience within a learning or HR coordinator position
  • A degree in Adult Learning or Administration is desirable but not essential for this position
  • Experience in the coordination of training programs in a busy corporate office or educational environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, with a strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
