The SAP Support Intern will be trained on the SAP Concur application and provide basic application support to build team capability and support continuity within the SAP team. This role is suitable for students who are keen to develop SAP functional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling basic SAP Concur support tickets under supervision

  • Perform first-level application support activities (incident logging, analysis, and resolution)

  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the SAP team

  • Upskill on SAP modules through hands-on exposure to basic support activities

  • Adhere to defined SOPs, SLAs, and documentation standards

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree/diploma in IT, Information Systems, and Software Engineering field

  • Basic understanding of enterprise systems or applications and SLDC is an advantage

  • Strong willingness to learn SAP applications and support operations

  • Good communication and documentation skills

Intake: February/March 2026
Internship Duration: 6 months
