You Have:
8+ years of experience managing high-growth teams or projects
3+ years of experience with risk assessment and management, including exposure to foreign ownership, control, and influence (FOCI)
Experience leading teams effectively while rapidly learning and adapting to new analytical processes and methodologies
Experience with process improvement and value creation through the development or evolution of complex workflows
Experience assessing and translating complex risk factors into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders
Experience using Microsoft Power Apps, Word, and Teams to manage projects and communicate findings
Ability to communicate concisely and effectively to senior leadership
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Political Science, or Security Studies
Nice If You Have:
Experience in military leadership, including combat arms, counterintelligence, intel, or Criminal Investigation Division roles
Experience with security risk taxonomies and OPSEC procedural oversight
Experience planning for and executing strategic initiatives, including data integration and automated analytical tools to optimize processes
Experience providing expert-level briefings to external stakeholders or senior leaders across departments
Ability to pay strict attention to detail in both analytical and leadership contexts
Possession of excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
