Role & Responsibilities

The Reporting & Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the Retail D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions, while also leading the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs). By ensuring that KPIs are aligned with business objectives, the manager will provide actionable insights to optimize performance, enhance customer experience, and support strategic initiatives. This role will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights, driving growth, and ensuring the success of the Retail D2C business.

Reports to the Sr. Manager, Retail Strategy & Planning, based at our Plano, TX office.

Position Objective
Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track and analyze retail D2C performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, traffic conversion and overall retail metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team and across the organization.

Analytics Strategy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop actionable insights.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics models to predict customer behavior and market trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.

Technology and Tools

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to create interactive and user-friendly dashboards.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics and reporting.
  • Oversee the integration of new tools and platforms to enhance data capabilities.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for data governance and management.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
  • Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
