Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining changes to the account.

Responsibilities:

• Process member changes for clients
• Implement new clients and handle account set up and implementation
• Handle client and broker emails regarding eligibility, commissions, invoicing and more
• Communicate with partner vendors in respect to updating member benefits
• Maintaining the CRM system

Experience:

• Proven experience in an office environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed, careful, and thorough
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a bonus, but not a requirement
• Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat etc
