We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team at Neogen. This position will primarily focus on label printing operations across all departments, along with providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in operating label printing machinery, and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.

• Operate and maintain label printing equipment to produce high-quality labels for various departments.
• Ensure accurate setup, printing, and adjustment of label designs according to specifications.
• Monitor printing processes to maintain consistency and quality of labels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with data entry tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of label printing jobs, including specifications and quantities.
• Collaborate with departmental teams to fulfill label printing requirements promptly and accurately.
• Conduct visual inspections of printed labels to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Follow established procedures for quality control and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistency.
• Support general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
