Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Ship with Walmart Strategic Initiatives to join our growingand fast-paced eCommerce Marketplace team focusing on the Seller-Fulfillment Services (SFS)business. In this role, you will be responsible for growing existing programs andlaunching new ground-breaking capabilities for Ship with Walmart to provide a cohesive world-class delivery experience for our Marketplace sellers and buyers.
The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connect sellers across theworld to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+items, and growing selection. Excellence in the end-to-end shipping and delivery experience is thecornerstone of our promise to our sellers and buyers. In this role, you will collaborate across ourvast seller base, external service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, fulfillment serviceproviders), Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Transportation,Supply Chain, and other internal partners to build delivery experience solutions that provide oursellers with the tools and processes to propel their businesses to the next level, and for ourbuyers, a best-in-class shipping experience. In short, you will be responsible for scaling a newinitiative within our Ship with Walmart program with C-suite visibility by designing, scoping, andbuilding capabilities that allows our sellers to ship to any customer accurately and reliably at thefastest speeds and lowest costs. You will relentlessly look for ways to improve seller and buyerexperience by increasing our capabilities and functionality and building feedback loops acrossmultiple high visibility domains. You will build a worldclass transportation solution withambitious 1–5-year goals. Process improvement capabilities across multiple concurrent andcompeting priorities are critical for your success in this role. You will apply a generalmanagement perspective and a data driven problem-solving approach, will be agile and able toapply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the businessroadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with therequisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product outcomes. You’ll apply yourbusiness acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers adependable solution enabling them to win on our platform. You need to be skilled at engaging and
communicating with executives across multiple domains (internal and external), as well asengaging at a detailed level across program management, operations, product, and tech.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
