About the Role  

As a Content Strategist, you are responsible for content direction for all brands of the Content Studio. You will adapt digital strategies into content world and design content strategies to amplify the existing ideas created by the aligned agencies of each brand.

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop a content strategy that aligns with the brand's values, positioning, and overall marketing goals.
  • Work with Creative Lead in the creation of visual comps and other deliverables and review creative with an eye toward content communications
  • Assist in client presentations to create buy-in for recommended strategies and solutions
  • Receive client feedback, evaluate and recommend refinements and help resolve issues
  • Manage and build timely, relevant, compelling content that drives audience growth and engagement
  • Select proper complementary content such as photos and video, and crafting social media messaging that draws traffic and followers
  • Monitor content performance using analytics and metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Adapt content strategies based on data and insights
  • Identify new internet trends and opportunities to spark conversation and potential content creation.

What You’ll Need  

  • 7+ years of digital content experience
  • Experience identifying content to support effective digital marketing presence
  • Deep understanding of current and future digital trends across all platforms
  • Aptitude for understanding technical subject matters; ability to quickly grasp core ideas of varied and complex topics required
  • Curious, a lifelong learner, good listener
  • Calm and confident under pressure and able to handle multiple projects
  • Be interested in what motivates people and the changing trends and fashions affecting
  • Have strong presentation and negotiation skills, both in Vietnamese and English
  • Be skilled at analyzing research and able to translate this into action plans
  • Be organized and able to think strategically both long and short
  • Have a good memory for facts and
  • Work with a range of people and as part of a
  • Be persuasive, flexible, and FUN to talk to and work
