Are you experienced in transport management and passionate about driving tech-enabled logistics solutions? Join UPS Healthcare at Frigo Trans as our new IT Transport Application Manager – TMS Europe and help shape cold chain logistics across Europe.

Want to help drive digital transformations that keep healthcare supply chains moving efficiently and compliantly? In this role you’ll shape how technology supports life-saving deliveries. Based near Frankfurt or Düsseldorf/Cologne, you’ll act as the key link between our business and IT teams, managing transport technology platforms and supporting operations with scalable, reliable tools. You’ll also lead TMS implementations and collaborate with vendors and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Transportation Management Systems (TMS) across European cold chain operations
• Align business and IT teams on priorities and ensure local needs are reflected in regional strategies
• Coordinate system implementations and upgrades, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Lead and motivate small cross-functional teams on project delivery and performance
• Monitor vendor performance and manage technology partner relationships
• Support business planning, budget control, and continuous system improvements
• Identify and solve operational and system challenges with an analytical, hands-on approach
• Collaborate with teams across Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and Eastern Europe

Your qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
• 5+ years’ experience in transport management, ideally in a healthcare or cold chain environment
• Experience working with IT systems and cross-functional project teams
• Team management or team leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Project and vendor management experience with a proven ability to deliver results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with willingness to travel
• Fluent spoken and written English, German also preferred, Dutch an advantage but not required
