The Overnight Stocking Coach leads a dedicated overnight team focused on efficient product stocking and timely shelf replenishment. This team works collaboratively to uphold high standards of store presentation and operational excellence. By providing clear guidance, training, and constructive feedback, the team supports continuous learning and adherence to company policies. Emphasizing effective communication and process improvement, they contribute to meeting business goals and delivering a positive shopping experience. Together, the team fosters a productive environment that ensures operational success during overnight hours.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and develop overnight stocking teams by providing training, coaching, and clear guidance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with associates at all levels to communicate business objectives, store initiatives, and merchandising standards effectively.
  • Monitor and support customer service efforts, resolving issues to maintain high-quality experiences aligned with company standards.
  • Drive financial performance by managing inventory flow, merchandise presentation, and operational processes to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Foster associate development through mentoring, recognition, and performance management to build a motivated and accountable team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and promote continuous improvement and adaptability within the team.

  • Experience managing store operations, including merchandising, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

State Pay Differential:

This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s
supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific
Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a
current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open
Door trainings, etc.).
