CACI seeks a Deputy Portfolio Program Manager to join our C-C5ISR Group, within the Spectrum Superiority (S2) Line of Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex programs involving hardware and system integration, driving operational efficiency, risk management on a fixed price development contract, and ensuring compliance with policies and export controls.
Responsibilities:
As the Deputy Director, you’ll be responsible for supporting the successful management of the personnel and programs within the C-UXS Force Protection portfolio, including the following:
• Driving efficient execution of all programs to include mission delivery, profit and loss and relationship management.
• Establishing a metrics-driving execution strategy focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) mapped to customer imperatives, requirements,
and strategies.
• Cultivate a robust pipeline of C-UxS opportunities working across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, International,
Commercial, and Federal Civilian market segments; aligned with overall program Business Development goals.
• Helping develop, message and execute the Division’s overall business strategy and product roadmap.
• Working with the Division’s technology leadership to develop plans for technology insertion and IRAD opportunities.
• Delivering special counter unmanned systems and solutions to customers, which may encompass development, design, test, integration, production, delivery and sustainment of fielded systems.
• Serving as a point of contact for the government and key program stakeholders.
• Actively promoting cross-CACI collaboration in a highly matrixed environment.
• Helping staff and resource CACI identified priorities.
• Mentoring/coaching team members to achieve defined goals and program needs.
• Collaborating with key technology partners.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or sciences
• Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAR)
• Ten (10) years of experience as a program/project manager or COTR managing large contracts.
• Ability to develop executive level strategy for inter-division and cross-department solutions.
• Understanding of product roadmap development and execution.
• Proven experience establishing and implementing strategies that have long-term impact on the results of a portfolio.
• Significant experience leading program teams to deliver solutions/products/operations.
• Significant experience leading personnel of varied levels of experience and from many different disciplines to achieve specific goals.
• Significant experience communicating and influencing senior executive leadership, Government decision-makers and program stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with division, operating group and sector leadership to develop and meet company goals.
Desired:
• Active TS/SCI clearance with successful Polygraph.
• Master’s Degree in engineering, math, sciences or business administration.
• Project Management Professional industry certification.
• Prior experience in the counter-UAS or drone detection field.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
• Experience growing an area from a medium to a large revenue producer.
• Experience Developing International Acquisition programs
• Experience with NATO Acquisition
